First step
Deep clean your pores by Steaming your face
The first thing you should do to keep a healthy skin is to clean your pores by steaming your face once a week. By doing that you widen the clogged pores and soften the skin in order to cleanse the makeup, impurities adn dead skin cells. You can easily do it at home by boiling a pan of water with herbs and steam your face for 10 to 15 minutes. (If you have oily skin you can use thyme, peppermint or lemon; for sensitive and dry skin use chamomile or lime; for normal skin can use rosemary or lavender).
Second Step
Exfoliate your skin
The second step for a healthy glowing skin is to exfoliate it gently after steaming your face. Be careful not to irritate your skin, you should exfoliate for 2 to 3 minutes, no more than that. Choose a mild exfoliator that suits your skin type and do circular moviments avoiding the eye are.
Third Step
Apply a mask
After steaming your face you should apply a facial mask. You will find many types of masks ( brightening, firming, nourishing, purifying and hydrating facial masks. Apply a face mask that suits your skin type and use it once or twice a week.
Fourth Step
Nourish you skin
If you want to have a glowing skin you will need to nourish it properly. Every night apply a thick layer of face cream that contains natural ingredients such as honey, Aloe Vera, chamomile, almond oil, olive oil, vitamins (especially vitamin C), minerals and essential oils. When you wake up, apply a facial cleanser and gently massage your face with circular movements to improve blood circulation and to make your skin glowing.
Fifth Step
Apply the correct Makeup for your skin type
In the morning after applying a moisturizer to hydrate your skin, you should choose a sheer liquid foundation and apply it on your face. If you want to make your foundation flawless-looking and to make it stay longer consider using a makeup primer before the foundation. You can also apply a light face powder with a big brush over the entire face or just on the cheeks. Use a blush in pink or peachy shade as these shades look more natural. A powder blush will last longer than a cream or gel blush. To freshen your skin and make it glow use a brighter shades of blush. To give the final touch, apply a lip gloss or lipstick in brighter shades. That will make your skin glow. Use a nde lip pencil to outline your lips in a natural-toned lip liner and use a lipstick brush to apply teh color evenly. With a tissue, remove the excess and apply a second layer of lipstick for long-lasting results

- Drink at least 8 glassesof water a day to keep your body and skin hydrated.
- Exfoliate your skin twice a week to remove the dead skin cells.
- Try different colors of clothes and makeup to see what looks better on you.
- Apply makeup products and skincare products that contain SPF at least 15.
- Look for natural makeup products.
- Do not forget to remove your makeup before going to bed.
