Strogonoff
de Frango - Chicken Stroganoff

- 3 peitos de frango cortados em cubinhos
- 1 dente de alho picadinho
- Sal e pimenta a gosto
- 1 cebola picada
- 2 colheres de sopa de maionese
- 1 colher de manteiga
- ½ copo de ketchup
- 1/3 copo de mostarda
- 1 copo de cogumelos pequenos
- 1 copo de creme de leite

- 3 chicken breasts, medium diced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 onion, small diced
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon butter
- ½ cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup mustard
- 1 cup champignons
- 1 cup heavy cream, lightly whipped |

Misture o frango com alho, maionese, sal e pimenta. Numa
panela, aqueca a manteiga e adicione a cebola. Deixe dourar
e acrescente o frango ate’ dourar tambem. Adicione
os cogumelos, o ketchup e a mostarda. Quando comecar a ferver,
acrescente o creme de leite e desligue o fogo.

Mix
the chicken with garlic, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Sautee
the onions with butter and add the chicken until golden brown.
Add the champignons, ketchup and mustard. Add the heavy cream
and turn off the stove.

do cogumelo.Sirva com arroz branco e batata palha. |
You can use corn instead of champignons.Serve hot in a bed
of white rice and garnish with potato chips (shoestrings).
