Receita de Quindim - Quindim Recipe

- 500 gramas de coco fresco ralado
- 500 gramas de acucar
- 100 gramas de manteiga sem sal derretida
- 30 gemas de ovos grandes passadas pela peneira.
Para o fundo das forminhas:- 100 gramas de manteiga sem sal- 1/2 copo de acucar

- 1 lb grounded coconut (fresh)
- 1 lb sugar
- 4oz melted butter
- 30 egg yolks (strained)
For greasing the small molds:- 3oz melted butter- 1/2 cup sugar

Preparo
Prepare

1 – Misture o coco e o acucar e em seguida acrescente a manteiga derretida. Leve a geladeira por 4 horas.

2 – Retire a mistura da geladeira e acrescente as gemas, misturando bem.

3 – Unte as forminhas com manteiga derretida e polvilhe com acucar.

4 – Adicione a mistura e leve ao forno (170C) em banho-maria.

5 – Asse ate que fiquem dourados e firmes.

6 – Desenforme ainda morno.

1 – Mix the coconut with sugar.
Add the melted butter and put into the refrigerator for 4 hours.

2 – Get the mixture from the refrigerator and add the egg yolks. Mix well.

3 – Grease the small molds with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar. Add the mixture.

4 – Pour hot water into the baking dish around the molds.

5 – Bake until it’s firm and golden brown.

6 – Take from the forms while still warm.
