Development of New Products/Materials
Raw materials, auto parts, replacements parts, on board electronics, electric and
electronic components for production and/or industrial automation, computer supply,
industrial machines and equipment’s, foundry, plastics, rubbers, medical/hospital
equipment’s, musical instruments, nutritive products and third part services.
Analysis of continuous/sporadic supply contracts, prices, lead-time and terms.
National/International partnership. Administration of third parts contracts.
Financial/Exchange Areas and Intermodal Transport Insurance
Financial/banks negotiation in national/foreign currency. Financing terms and rates
to buy/sell in the national/international markets.
Negotiations of rates and terms for International Insurance, covering the modal and
Sharer of the group invited to analyze, by the Federal Revenue/Serpro, the
implantation and working of the system (representative of Ford Motor Co., Brazil).
Concept and specific legislation. Negotiation in the agreement scope.
Use of the SCM (Supply Chain Management). Negotiations to reduce cost and stocks
through the scale profit. Administration of stock contracts “in company”.
Estimate and negotiations to reduce the regular freights in the different
conferences, companies and governmental departments. Logistics of international
National/International Trade Shows (Development of new suppliers, for
importation/Opening new markets for exportation)
Planing, organization, mounting and personal management of the trading activities on
the stands. Organization of meetings with
manufacturers/importers/exporters/distributors to close deals.
